Growth Marketing Manager
We sell experimentation, so our marketing has to live it. As our Growth Marketing Manager you own the funnel from first visit to booked demo — and you run it on Mtrix itself: our analytics, our A/B tests, our session replays, our email tools, pointed at our own site.
You would be the first dedicated marketing hire, working alongside the founders — which means unusual leverage: strategy and execution are both yours, and the distance between an idea and a live test is an afternoon.
What you'll do
- Own the acquisition funnel end to end — traffic, conversion, and the quality of what reaches sales.
- Run a continuous testing program on mtrix.io: landing pages, messaging, onboarding flows.
- Build the content engine — the guides, teardowns, and comparisons DTC operators actually search for.
- Run paid acquisition with discipline: small bets, honest measurement, scale what earns it.
- Own lifecycle email — sequences that get signups to a live workspace.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in growth or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company, with results you can walk us through.
- Genuinely analytical — you form hypotheses, size bets, and kill your own ideas when the data says so.
- A strong writer: landing pages, emails, and ads in a voice that does not sound like marketing.
- Hands-on by default — you would rather build the page than brief an agency.
Nice to have
- You have marketed to ecommerce or DTC operators and know where they actually spend time.
- SEO and technical chops — you can read a crawl report and argue with it.
- Enough design and web skills to ship without waiting on anyone.
